With years of local experience in engineering, construction, renovation, property maintenance and property inspection, MW Home Inspections Ltd. provides professinal home inspection service in English and CANTONESE.

Our inspection procedure follows the standards of Practice of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. These standards specify that the major structural members and components, the electrical, plumbing, heating and central air conditioning systems, Roof coverings, exterior elements and general interior elements must be reviewed.

Our goal is to fairly and accurately report on the condition of the home. We identify existing major defects or system inadequacies, however our inspections are not intended to point out every small problem nor minor or cosmetic flaws.

We compile and print the user-friendly 40 pages narrative report by portable computer equipment and PRESENTED ON-SITE. In addition, the HOME REFERENCE BOOK, with 400 informative pages and over 160 illustrations is available at $50.00 extra.

Should you have any questions about the hourse (including maintaenance, renovatiuon, repairs) in the future, we would be happy to answer these. There is no fee for this telephone consulting.


Our inspection Agreement

The Client obtained the permission from the owner of the subject property and hereby requests the inspection of the Subject Property having read and agreed to the following limitations and conditions of the scope of the inspection.

MW Home Inspections Ltd. agrees to perform a visual inspection of the property in accordance with the enclosed Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.

The report is an opinion of the present condition of the property, based on a visual inspection of the readily and safely accessible features of the property, and does not contemplate or involve the dismantling or moving of any object or portion of the premises. The inspection is NOT a guarantee, warranty or an insurance policy with respect to the condition of the property or their future performance.

The Client understands that the inspection cannot completely assess risk, detect all flaws or predict all occurrences.

The client agrees and understands that the maximum liability incurred by the inspector and/or MW Home Inspections Ltd. for Errors and/or Omissions during the inspection or contained in the Report shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid for the Inspection.
