March 14, 1999 | The latest issue of Snowboard Canada features a short article on the Showcase Snowboards party held back in December (where Ross announced the release of his new snowboards and the CD). There are some pictures of Ross at the party as well as an old picture of Ross carving. Page 31 of the magazine also mentions a Canadian Riders Award, held at this year's Westbeach Classic (Apr. 14-18). Hopefully Ross attends Westbeach, as well as the awards ceremony. March 14, 1999 | Ross shared B.C. senior athlete of the year honours with ironman Peter Reid at the 33rd B.C. annual awards gala for athletes. Congratulations Ross—may you be bestowed the same honours at the 26th Annual Canadian Sports Awards! | |

March 7, 1999 | Ross is one of the finalists at the 26th Annual Canadian Sports Awards, held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre
on March 18, 1999 (my 18th birthday! :D) Depending on how the CBC strike goes, it may be on TV on that day at 7:00pm. I'm not sure if Ross will show up because he might be at Stratton for the

February 16, 1999 | Some late breaking news of Ross' whirlwind Toronto tour—it turns out that Ross will appear
on two shows by Prime TV on tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday: 1. On Wednesday he'll be on a comedy show called "Bynon" at 6:00pm Eastern time (thank to my loyal correspondent Friend); 2. On Thursday, he'll be on PrimeTonight with Eric Tunney at 11:30pm EST, same bat channel. Boy, Ross sure is in a mad rush these days......does he ever run out of energy? |

February 15, 1999 | Hello! This is my first post-exam update of Ross' Gold. Lots of news items coming in, most regarding
the promotion of Ross' CD. Ross will talk about his CD, fulliedialedinn, among other things at two
TV appearances: 1. Ross will appear on Open Mike With Mike Bullard on Wednesday, Feb. 17. The appearance will be first shown on the Comedy Network at 10:00pm Eastern time. Check the official Open Mike site for a more detailed schedule. 2. Ross will be co-hosting on MuchMusic with Master T at 4:00pm Eastern on Thursday, Feb. 18 Thanks to Friend for both tips! |

January 16, 1999 | This is for you ladies out there: Shoppers Drug Mart's IMAGES magazine has a new picture of Ross, along
with a small interview. If you go to your nearest Shoppers Drug Mart and buy $10.00 worth or more
of cosmetics (or dish $2.00 plus tax if you don't want the cosmetics), you can get a copy of the magazine
(ask for the Winter 1999 edition). Warning, though......the picture is not for the faint of heart! *^^* Thanks
